The forums are back up! I encourage you to be among the first to sign up for an account and post your dances, ideas, thoughts, prayers, whatever. Let's share with each other, rejoice together, and bear one another's burdens.

Due to unforeseen update problems, the forums are currently offline. Sorry for any inconvenience. :( Stand by while I work to get them back online. 8/5/2017

It may not have changed a lot on the front end, but we're now running on the latest version of MediaWiki, version 1.29. This was a really big project that took me (Aaron) all day today.

This will allow for easier further maintenance and extensions. I'm hoping to install the extension:VisualEditor at some point in the future, but the detail involved in setting that up is beyond my expertise. If anyone wants to help me out with that, let's talk!

Hey all, we're gearing up to meet modern web standards. That means you will see a lock icon in your address bar on this site indicating your days is encrypted on this site so no one can steal your personal info on this site. Other features will be added over the course of the next year or so. Apps are really big right now, so an app may be in the works, depending upon whether we can figure oit how to implement that. Also, I hope to implement a CAPTCHA that makes it more difficult for spam accounts to be created and some sort of self-authorization system that prevents spammers but makes it a lot easier for legitimate users to sign up. My hope is that you will also eventually be able to sync some aspects of this site with your Google account in order to post videos and documents more smoothly. Finally, I intend to install a more user-friendly posting/editing system that acts more like a standard word processor. Please stay tuned!

Jeremiah 31

The Project was named for a chapter in the scriptures which speaks of restoration and prosperity, of the remnant of Israel being delivered by God and given hope and joy - and how they express that joy through dancing. We believe that this scripture is yet to be fulfilled, but is also being brought about in our own lives, today! With that joy and hope in mind, we here at Jeremiah 31 set about thinking of a way to share and preserve our heritage of dance.

  • To preserve and share our heritage of Messianic dance
  • To build up the worship dance community in the body of Messiah
